Plant + Water Circles

As an international Certified Adult Chair® Coach, I will be hosting Plant + Water Circles on the first Wednesday of every month at 6:00p.m. at Stompin Grounds Coffee House in Hendersonville, TN.

Come grab a cup of coffee and settle in with other like minded people! Join me to begin loving yourself fully, living authentically and improving your health, happiness and relationships.

We will discuss and explore experiential, practical tools to guide you through discovering and loving your authentic self while seated in your Adult Chair. The Adult Chair® (TAC) model is life-changing. It’s based on simple psychology and grounded spirituality and guides us to live our healthiest life from the inside out.
